Steps to follow:

1. Cast your horoscope using birth details on Jagannath Hora software. (If you are not sure about the accuracy of your birth time, you can consult me.) Example of an accurate Birth time: 17:08:43.9 or 05:08:43.9 PM. Example of an inaccurate Birth time: 17:00:00 or 05:30:00; see how it looks too round-figured or generalised.)

2. Now you have your lagn kundali with accurate lagn degree and accurate timing of dasha starting and ending on the software. Make sure that you have selected the true Lahari ayanamsha and also check that the coordinates of your birthplace are right on that software. If not, then fix them.

3. Now the final step is to make a cuspal chart or bhav chalit chart by hand using an Ephemeris Table of Houses and KP New Ayanamsha. There are many software programs available in the market to do this, but most of them are inaccurate; therefore, try to make it yourself. If you don’t know how to use the table and make the bhav chalit chart, then you can watch a YouTube video on it. It is very easy.

4. After you cast your cuspal chart, make a table where nine planets have a block, and each block has 3 rows and 2 columns. The first column, first row will have the name of the planet; the second row of the same column will have the name of the lord planet of the nakshatra at which the planet is sitting, whose name we wrote earlier, and then similarly the third row of the same column will have the name of the lord planet of the upnakshatra. The second column will have the houses which are controlled by the planet written in front of their row in column 1.

5. All planets except Rahu and Ketu control the houses in which their ruled zodiac sign falls in the D1 chart and the house in which they are placed in the Bhav Chalit chart. Rahu and Ketu control the houses of planets that aspect them, conjoin them and also the houses which are controlled by the lord of the sign in which Rahu and Ketu are placed (all these 3 criteria in D1 chart) and also the house in which they are placed in Bhav Chalit Kundali.

How to select the best date or time for a meeting to successfully close any deal?

Successfully closing a deal is an event at which 3rd,5th and 10th house plays most vital role ( for selling purposes). Without these 3 houses, you can't crack the deal. If the 11th house is also activated during the deal meeting, then the guarantee of success and profit increases 10-fold. So what we have to do is very simple. Check the 9 block of the table that you have created earlier, pick the planetary block where 8,12 are not present in any of the three rows of houses, and 3,5,10,11 should be present there. Now suppose that, in your chart, that planetary block is of Jupiter; then go to Jagganath Hora software, the Vimshottari dasha section and always try to schedule your deal meetings at Deha-antardasha of Jupiter. That would be the best date and time for a meeting to successfully close any deal. 3rd house represents communication and dealing; the 10th house shows your profession and the thing which your customer is going to buy from you; and the 5th house represents your customer's gain of that item which you are trying to sell to him. 11th house represents your gain, fulfilment of your desire, etc.

When to call or meet the client to ask for your payment?

Go again to your table and check the planet whose block has 6 and 11 houses prominently, and 8,12 houses are missing. Choose that planet and then go to Jagannath Hora to look for its upcoming Deha-Antar Dasha, and then always try to call or meet the client to ask for your payments in those periods. It is the best practice of astrology to increase the chances of successfully receiving your money from your client. 6th house is the expenses of your customer, and the 11th house is your gain.

When should you spend your money on marketing?

3rd house represents publishing and marketing, and the 11th house represents success and gain; therefore, choose the planet whose block has these houses and 8,12 are missing. Always run your marketing campaign during periods (Sukshma or Prana Dasha) of that planet for efficient use of funds and success of your business goal. If the 5th and 10th houses are also in the planetary block, then it will be much better because the 5th house represents entertainment and creativity, and the 10th house represents authority, fame and your career. Similarly, the presence of the 1st house will help in building the brand.

When should I not fill up my inventory?

Usually, business persons complain that their inventory is not clearing or it is getting jammed or piling up and therefore leading to loss or cash flow blockage. To prevent this problem, we should know when to fill up the inventory and when not to. Check your planetary block; there you will find planets whose block has the presence of 5,8,12 and absence of 3,5,10. In periods of those planets, your business will not perform well, and you won't be able to sell items as much as you expect, and therefore may face loss; hence, avoid periods of those planets to invest heavily in filling up your inventory.

When should I hire more staff?

As I told you above, when the period of a planet runs whose planetary block has 5,8,12, then your business does not perform well; at that time you can cut your cost by hiring a lesser number of staff. Similarly, when 8,12 houses are missing, and 2,7,10,11 are present in the block of the planet whose period is going to start, then at that time you should go all in with your efforts in your business; that also includes hiring more staff as per the requirements of your business. You can also use astrology while hiring the staff. By looking over the horoscopes of the native who has come for the job to you, you can analyse his character or personality and decide whether to hire this person or not. Suppose a person has 5,6,7,8,12 in most of their planetary blocks, and that person might not be right for you to work with. He will lie, cheat, fight, etc.

Small-scale time periods are taken into consideration because the next desired dasha, ( from mahadasha to sukshmadasha of any planet) , may take many days to arrive, but business decisions are supposed to be made every day or as soon as possible and not to wait very longer.
